Due to recent events, it is now neccesary for us to update some of our terms and conditions.
All prices will be a standard minimum with extras charged.
All extras past our normal services will be charged, we will no longer offer free services, extra tips, extra photo venues, additional guests added to room planning, longer discos, etc will all now be charged.
If you require extras on your wedding day, ie cake knifes as the venue has not provided them, unless ordered in advance we will no longer provide free of charge as we have in the past.
Final consultations will be required 6 weeks before wedding date. at this point we will finalise all details and any extra will become payable, these details will become your final order, balance will also be payable at this time. Deviations to plans will not be available after this time, unless exceptional circumstances prevail.
All monies owed will be pusued through debt collection agencies, followed by court action where neccesary.
Unless prior arangements have been made, photographs for albums must be received by us inside two caledar months, if you cannot choose we will do this for you, past this your album will no longer be available from ourselves, no refund will be given.
Our staff and ourselves reserve the right to work without fear of threat of violence or intimidation, and incidence of this we will pursue through the courts with no exceptions,
We do not like having to do this, as this is not our intentional way forward or the way we have dealt with 50 weddings a year for the last 8 years, but we are no longer prepared to have our good nature abused,

All quotes are given on the understanding that the quote is subject to all services quoted being taken, reduction of services will result in a revised quote.
No quotes will be given untill all details are obtained, changes to details will incur a new quote.
All damages will be charged.
All theft will be charged.
Adding phantom items at the last minute will not be accepted and will not be provided. if you order 5 items, you will receive 5 items,
By accepting our services you agree to all of our terms and conditions, these are provided on our booking forms and in our t&c policy document.
To the best of our abilities we will ensure that we fulfill all your expectaions, if in the unfortunate circumstance of a breakdown we will offer suitable replacement, if this is not acceptable, the amount will be refunded for that service only, at its original price, ie 1 car £250.00 two cars £375.00, if one vehicle breaks down prior to the event if replacement is declined a refund of £175.00 is due.
All refunds will be dealt with after the wedding date during office hours, any refunds will be calculated after any surcharges applicable, remaining balance payable by cheque only, if after surcharges are worked out, if this is above refund, payment will be sought.
note: evening calls will be refered to answer machines, we will no longer take calls after 19.30 hrs weekdays or on sundays, sunday apointments only by prior arangements.
All apointments must be made in advance,
missed apointments with no consultation may incur a service charge.
excessive lateness will cancel your appointment.
